Seabreeze Kiama Rental Policy

Thank you for choosing Seabreeze Kiama for your short-term accommodation needs. Please review the following rental policy carefully before making a reservation. By booking with us, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below:

Payment Schedule:

  • 100% Due at Time of Booking: To secure your reservation, the full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Remaining Balance: Any remaining balance is due at a later specified date, as indicated during the booking process.

Security Deposit:

  • A pre-authorisation of $650 will be held on your provided payment method 1 day before your scheduled arrival.
  • The pre-authorisation will be voided within 4 days after your departure, provided no damage or policy violations are discovered.

Location:

  • Seabreeze Kiama is located at 3/13 Bong Bong St, Kiama, 2533, NSW.

Additional Notes:

  • Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 2pm, and check-out time is 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for the rental unit is 6. Please adhere to this limit to ensure a comfortable stay.
  • House Rules: Guests are expected to adhere to the house rules provided upon check-in. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or eviction from the property.
